Koh Phangan is located in the gulf of thailand, south-east asia, 20 minutes away from Koh Samui and 1 hour from Koh Tao.

Hippie-at-heart Koh Pha-Ngan, means sand bars, has become so synonymous with the wild and massive Full Moon Party on Haad Rin that the rest of the island – and even Haad Rin outside of full moon week – gets eclipsed, and forgotten. This is a massive shame, as there's so much else to enjoy and explore.

Koh Phangan has plenty to offer the more clean-cut, comfort-seeking traveller as well; its peace and quiet make it a great choice for couples and families. Chances are that the vast inland jungle continue to feel undiscovered, and there is still plenty of stunning, secluded bays in which you can string up a hammock and watch the tide roll in.

Our restaurant and bungalows are located on Hinkong Bay. Even if the beach is not ideal for swimming because of the tide, it offers a great fun for using our stand-up paddle and a pleasure to look at the local thaï collecting the shells or hunting the crabs. You can also sit a meeting with the fishermen talking about fishing strategy every day at Woktum pier.

And the must of Hinkong is the stunning sunset we can enjoy every day in the middle of the bay thanks to the sand banks with a great view over Ang Thong Marine Park.
